We connect people who need a clean with independent cleaners. You post the work, see who takes it, and get photos plus a receipt. Cleaners confirm who they are. Homes use an extra check — unless it’s someone you already know.

How is CleanConnect PRO different from other cleaning platforms?

Go to /quote. You’ll see a starting range right away. A written quote follows within five business days.

You've sent me a quote. What happens if I say yes?

Sign in with the email that received the quote. Nothing is charged when you accept. Once a cleaner takes it, you look at their profile and add your card to confirm. Quotes stay current for 30 days.

How do I post a cleaning job?

Add the place, then choose Post a clean. Set the date, time, price, and checklist. Cleaners in that city can then take it.

How does the 48-hour payment window work?

When the cleaner finishes, you have two days to look it over. Send payment now, wait and we send it, or ask us to take a look. If you brought your own cleaner and pay them yourself, we aren’t holding the money — details are in the Terms.

What happens if I'm not happy with the clean?

Open the job within two days and choose Ask us to review. Payment stays put while we look at the photos and messages. If you pay your cleaner directly, talk to them first — we can still walk through the photos with you.

What does CleanConnect charge?

You pay the price on the job. A $150 clean costs you $150. Our 20% and the HST on it come out of the cleaner’s pay — $30.00 to us, $3.90 HST, $116.10 to them. Both sides get a receipt.

How does iCal sync work?

Paste your Airbnb or Vrbo calendar on the property and set a default turnover price. Checkouts become jobs on their own.

Is my property address kept private?

Yes. Open work shows the city. The cleaner who takes it sees the street. Unit number and entry details unlock on the day, when they’re nearby.

What are urgent jobs and what do they cost?

Under two days’ notice adds 20%. You pay it; the cleaner earns it. On-call cleaners hear about those jobs first.

Yes. Invite them, or set them as preferred. They get first look; backups get the next look; then it opens to everyone else.

Free to join, browse, and take work. No subscription. On a finished, paid job we take 20% plus HST on that 20% — you see take-home before you say yes. The home background check is $31.99 a year, only if you want private-home work.

How do I get paid?

Connect a Canadian bank in payout setup. After the two-day review — or sooner if the owner sends it — the money hits your payout balance. Banks usually take 1–3 business days.

What is the on-call program?

Turn it on if you want last-minute work. Jobs posted with under two days’ notice ping you first and pay an extra 20%. Toggle it anytime in settings.

Can I get paid faster than 48 hours?

Yes — the owner can send payment early. After that, instant payout can move it to your bank faster for a small fee. Instant payout does not shorten the two-day review.

What is the Canadian tax export?

Download a yearly CSV from Earnings. It lists completed work, tips, schedule income, and late-cancel fees. Ask your accountant how to use it.

How do I build my reputation on the platform?

After a job, you and the client can review each other. Ratings and reviews show on your public page.

What happens if I need to cancel a job?

Open the job and give a reason. If a card hold is already in place, we drop it and the owner is not charged. Use Release this clean when you only want to put it back on the open list.

Do I need to be incorporated or have a business?

No. Independent cleaners are welcome. Your taxes stay yours — ask your accountant.

What safety tools do I have while working?

While a job is on, you can share live location with people you choose, show a booking pass, and alert your contacts. Set that up under Profile → Personal safety. In an emergency, call 911.

When does payment actually get charged to the owner?

We reserve the card when the booking is confirmed. The charge goes through after the two-day review, or sooner if you send it. Cancel before that and the reserve comes off.

Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Apple Pay and Google Pay in supported browsers. We don’t take e-Transfer or cash on jobs booked here. If you already pay your cleaner yourself, keep doing that.
